By the late 80’s the Indian flexible foam market had established itself and was looking for expansion but had limited options in terms of production machinery.
In those days PU Foam machines were available only from developed countries which were very expensive. This presented Mr. Ashok Puri, founder chairman of ASE and an IITian, with an opportunity to manufacture foam cutting machine in India.
This was a huge challenge as he had to start from scratch and there was no encouragement for him. With his indomitable spirit and high resourcefulness, he succeeded in producing India's First commercially viable Carousel foam-cutting machine in the year 1989. Subsequent orders for similar machines started pouring in from foam producers all over the country.
We improved with each machine intending to manufacture machines that give trouble-free performance to customers for a considerably longer time period. In due course, a broad range of machines have been added to our product range.
Today with over 3 decades of experience in the PU foam industry, A S Enterprises stands at the helm of the Indian PU foam machinery market.
Till the recent past, we have delivered more than 1200 machines to nearly 400 companies. ASE machines are successfully working in over 40 countries, globally, including The United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Czech Republic, Greece and, Australia.

Our Manpower
At ASE, we have a workforce of about 200 highly experienced and skilled teammates. With this dedicated workforce, we have been able to produce machines that are excellent import substitutes to the exorbitantly expensive foreign machines.
Our Infrastructure
We have two manufacturing facilities, one in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi and the other in the adjoining state of Haryana which is the part of National Capital Region (NCR). Both units are conveniently located and have an easy approach. Our first manufacturing facility at Badli, Delhi is more than 33 years old. The Unit in Haryana is our new and state-of-the-art factory having about 50000 sq.ft areas with a modern manufacturing facilities. For production, we have tool room machinery from well-known manufacturers and also several imported machines. All safety norms are followed in the manufacturing process.
